Allen Qing Yuan was born in Canada and lives in Vancouver, where he is a senior in high school. Encouraged by his father, poet and teacher Changming Yuan, Allen has a burning passion for poetry, music, and business and has already had his poems published in literary journals in a dozen different countries, including Cirque, Contemporary American Voices, Cordite Poetry Review, Istanbul Literary Review, MOBIUS, Ottawa Arts Review, Paris/Atlantic, PoetsWest, Taj Mahal Review and Toronto Quarterly.
