The Lonely Wolf (Three Views)
by
George Wentz

A wolf cries at the moon
seeking repose from loneliness;
a heart, love lost, listens.

A broken heart hears
the lonely wolf
crying to the moon.

The moon feasts upon
the cries of a lonely wolf
and the tears of a broken heart.

I really appreciate the dimensionality of this poem.
