cHAMELEON cOYOTE
,on maneuvers

(on woman ‘euvers’ too)
.

What’s real. ,& what isn’t. the rocks as real as the sea.
backing off & going around (w/ good humor)
,spinnig circles in your harbor.
Watching out for the “anti-coyote.”,
a light ( ! -- in the night. a half mile in from shore . ^^^ .
in this stormy night of forever.
where we’re waiting ,on our surroundings. @@*@
changing color to suit the suit.
;testing the waters w/ litmus paper paws “ ” .

What goes by the name of “tomato juice,” ((--
-- )) ;the steady pitter-patter of hooves. the beat of wings.
the open eye of the bulls eye. Caustic consciousnesses’
iridescent open end. .opening up...
bright claws.

;as many mythological creatures, as anyone
would care to keep, track of. .the tracks always changing,,,
,“ (( >/ = * ... */ $ % # \] ^[ -- &#! @@ __ ”
. an Escher print changing from food to feces,
going by the name “Coyote.”
(Coyote spelled backwards is “Etoyoc”)
,w/ accents on the syllables in reverse.
(this is what Coyote sees when Coyote looks in the mirror.’’’
).

a little bit salamander. a little bit lizard.
a little bit crocodile & chameleon.
a little bit left over in the ‘fridge.
,if you can find it.

a feeling that someone was here. & took it w/ them
,a feeling that someone was here. & left on a light.

Tending to invisibility when backed by nothing.
an underbelly of blue backed by the sun
.
