I Will Not Leave
by
Nicole Elmas

I cross my heart to do my best.
I haven't lost my art.
I don't lie to get what I want.
I won't regret myself for believing.
I will not leave until I got my chance.
I whistled for answers.
Some of the answers were unknown.
But I need to know what the answers were.
My curiosity was getting to me.
A mystery that roams inside of me.
I will not leave this room until I know what the answers were.
